Weaker then expected not sure their 10 mg, I ate 3 and nothing happened so I hate the rest, I did get the cbd feeling, but it took the entire package. The taste is alright but it stays in you mouth for an hour, not even tim hortons coffee could remove the taste. Also they are a tad over priced
