This Golden Kush had a distinctive peppery aroma with a diesel-like hint, which carries over into its taste. It was a little harsh on the longs at first, compared to my last strain (Gushers).
In terms of effects, Golden Kush was very mellow, calming high. It induces a pleasant sense of relaxation and happiness without getting me excessively sleepy.
However, the first bag I opened the quality of my buds was small and dry. Despite this, the overall effects and the opportunity to snag it at a promotional price make it a worthwhile choice.
